MONDAY
Drawing to Painting (8-12 years)
Instructor: Lyndsay Murphree
This class will help your artist develop drawing skills. Perspective, composition, shapes and shadows all come into play before you put paint on canvas. Artists will move into painting with that fundamental knowledge and learn color mixing and basic techniques to create their own paintings. New projects every term!

Playing with clay is a particularly valuable activity for kids due to the involvement of working with your hands and the dexterity it takes to form an object out of a lump of wet clay! Using hand-building techniques, this class will give students the chance to experience the tactile properties of clay – while creating their own pieces in a supportive and safe space.
When: Tuesdays, 6/20 - 8/1 (6 classes)
