The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

CONSUMER AGREEMENT

Policies

PRO-RATED TUITION- There is no pro-rated tuition.

REFUNDS FOR CLASSES-Students are responsible for notifying the NSAL office if they wish to drop a class; notifying the teacher or not attending class does not constitute an official withdrawal or cancellation of tuition. A refund, less a $25 fee, may be granted if requested through the NSAL office one week prior to the first  class.

REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS-A fee of $25 will be charged up to 3 weeks prior, 50% if cancelled 2 weeks in advance. No refunds if cancelled one week prior. 

OTHER CANCELLATIONS-Classes are cancelled when enrollment minimums are not met. NSAL encourages students to register early. When minimums are not reached, students will be notified and full tuition refunded within three weeks. If a student is unable to attend class for any period of time, NSAL is not responsible for providing make-up classes. Make up classes for students who miss a scheduled class are at the sole discretion of the teacher and must be arranged with them. When a teacher must cancel a class, a make-up class may be scheduled. 

PHOTOGRAPHS-NSAL retains the right to photograph classes, students and work. NSAL has the right to reproduce images for publicity at its discretion.

RETURNED CHECKS-A fee of $25 will be assessed for all returned checks.

Legal Notice

All notices from North Shore Art League to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to North Shore Art League shall be made either by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site, or first class mail to our address at:

Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to North Shore Art League five (5) days after the date sent.
