Winter Flex Plan

This winter we are offering our flex plan to accommodate your winter vacation plans and schedules. Please note that you may enroll for many of our classes one of two ways: at a five class rate or for the entire winter session.* This plan allows you to enroll for only the days you are able to attend. If you opt for the reduced rate, we will ask you to inform the office about which five dates you plan to attend.

*number of classes in the full winter session varies per class from 8-10 classes.

Policies

PRO-RATED TUITION-There is no pro-rated tuition.

REFUNDS FOR CLASSES-Students are responsible for notifying the NSAL office if they wish to drop a class; not attending class does not constitute an official withdrawal from courses or cancellation of tuition. Notifying your teacher does not constitute an official withdrawal-you must notify the NSAL office before the second class. An administrative fee of $25 will be charged for all refunds requested due to reasons other than NSAL cancellations.

REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS-A fee of $25 will be charged if cancelled up to 3 weeks prior, 50% of fee if cancelled 2 weeks in advance. No refunds if cancelled one week prior to the workshop.

OTHER CANCELLATIONS-Classes are cancelled when enrollment minimums are not reached. NSAL encourages students to register early. When minimums are not reached, students will be notified and full tuition refunded within three weeks. If a student is unable to attend class for any period of time, NSAL is not responsible for providing make-up classes. Make up classes for students who miss a scheduled class are at the sole discretion of the teacher and must be arranged with them. When an instructor must cancel a class, a make-up class will be scheduled. No refunds will be issued to students who are not able to attend a make-up class.

PHOTOGRAPHS-NSAL retains the right to photograph classes, students and work. NSAL has the right to reproduce images for publicity at its discretion.

RETURNED CHECKS-A fee of $25 will be assessed for all returned checks.
